Cancellation / Refund Policy
The customer may cancel the service they have chosen before the start of the processing process or if the deliverable does not meet the advertised characteristics. The customer may request a refund of the service, up to 5 days from the purchase in case of non-completion. In the case of non-completion due to missing data or errors in the electronic service system after the process has been completed by our office, a refund is not possible.
Most services provided by myKep.gr can be provided electronically. In the event that a physical presence is required for a service, a representative of the myKep.gr network will take over. If there is no representative available for the area of the service provided, then the order is canceled and the money is refunded immediately.
