Charging of cleaning by the Municipality, if done ex officio
Fine of €1,000 for failure to submit a declaration
Prison sentence and fine for false declaration in the Registry
The citizen may appeal within 10 days from the imposition of a fine.
📌 Conclusion: If you have a plot of land or an uncovered space, make sure to clean it up and declare it on time. In addition to avoiding fines, you help prevent fires and protect your neighborhood.
