First installment of ENFIA 2025 in March – Deadline for declarations until January 31

Until Friday, January 31, 2025, the AADE electronic platform will remain open for the submission of declarations regarding changes in real estate for the year 2024. Through the platform, taxpayers can proceed with updates to form E9, making modifications, additions or deletions of information, so that their property status is accurately reflected. These changes may affect the amount of ENFIA for 2025.
Specifically, citizens have the opportunity to declare properties they acquired through purchase, parental benefit or inheritance, as well as those they sold or transferred to children or grandchildren, until the end of January 2025. In addition, until February 14, 2025, property owners can complete the necessary procedures on the myProperty digital platform, in order to secure a discount of up to 20% on the 2025 ENFIA. This discount concerns homes that were insured in 2024 against natural disasters, such as earthquakes, fires and floods, provided that the relevant conditions are met.
For the first time, the posting of ENFIA tax returns will take place on February 28, 2025, the same day that the last installment of ENFIA for 2024 expires. The The tax will be paid in 12 monthly installments, with the first installment due by the end of March 2025.
